- Hi! Welcome to Boutique Creations. My name is Heather, I'm a paper artist living in Oklahoma. Most of my business is through custom orders, but I have just started selling online. I have been scrapbooking for about 9 years, but my habit really picked up about 3 years ago after I had my son. I have my own scrapbook studio in my home, it is a smoke free environment.
